John Rymer is a leading authority on the sales & marketing of real estate in the United States. His career has spanned more than twenty years and has accounted for more than six billion dollars in sales directly under his supervision.

Mr. Rymer is a former Vice President of National Sales & Marketing for Morrison Homes. While at Morrison he supervised more than 500 new home sales professionals in fourteen markets. His responsibilities included the executive land committee where he reviewed and evaluated more than 600 land deals with a value of more than three billion dollars. Mr. Rymer?s resume also encompasses development firm experience including leading the nation-wide marketing efforts of Jack Nicklaus Development Corp.

Mr. Rymer is contributor to Professional Builder Magazine, where his column, New Home Knowledge appears monthly. Mr. Rymer is Vice Chair for the Residential Council of the Urban Land Institute. He is an active member of the National Home Builders Association and has been a frequent speaker at the International Builders Show. Mr. Rymer is a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in economics and holds an MBA from the University of Miami.
